1. How do I use a room spray effectively?
To get the best results, shake the bottle well before use. Spray 1-2 mists in the centre of the room for a quick boost of freshness. For larger areas or persistent odours, 3-6 mists may be needed.

2. Can I use room sprays on fabrics?
Room sprays are designed primarily for air freshening. If you want to use them on fabrics, we recommend doing a patch test first, especially on delicate materials. Avoid spraying directly on polished surfaces or electronics.

3. How long does the scent from a room spray last?
The longevity of the scent can vary depending on the room size and air circulation. Typically, a room spray will freshen a space for a couple of hours, with lighter scents dissipating faster than more intense fragrances.

4. Are your room sprays safe for pets and children?
Our room sprays are formulated with the utmost care and meet all safety standards for consumer products. However, it’s important to use them responsibly. Avoid spraying directly near pets or children, and keep the spray out of their reach. We also recommend avoiding direct contact with skin and eyes.

Additionally, while our room sprays are designed for home use, please avoid spraying them near open water sources, as some ingredients may impact aquatic life. Always dispose of empty bottles responsibly.

5. What are the best occasions to use a room spray?
Room sprays are versatile and can be used anytime you want to refresh a space, whether it's before guests arrive, after cooking, or when you want to create a specific mood with a pleasant scent.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin; rinse immediately if contact occurs.
• Do not ingest; if swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.
• Use only as directed; avoid spraying directly on fabrics or surfaces.
• Test on an inconspicuous area before spraying on delicate surfaces.
• Do not use near open flames or sources of heat.
• Ensure good ventilation when using in enclosed spaces.
• Dispose of the bottle responsibly, following local recycling guidelines.

We aim to fulfil orders the same day they are received if ordered before 9:00am AEST. Made-to-order products (such as pillar/sculptural candles that have run out of stock on shelf), will first be made, and once set, dispatched to you. This should take 2-3 business days to be dispatched. Please note that dispatch may be delayed by up to 48-72 hours during peak promotional periods.

We try to provide as much shipping protection for your order as possible, however, if something unfortunately is damaged in transit, or is incorrect, please contact us at hello@caitlinlouisecollection.com.au with information and/or images within 30 days of receipt of goods. If an item is deemed damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will provide an exchange, store credit or refund to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

We accept returns within 30 days of dispatch provided that: the products are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition; you have proof of purchase. We do not exchange items if a promotion/sale is running at a discounted price for the same item.

Please note: Shipping costs for any returns are at the customer’s expense. Please ensure that the return product is suitably packaged for transit to prevent any damage in shipping. Caitlin Louise Collection will not be liable for any damage or loss during the return shipping process. Processing will take 5-7 days from receipt of returned product. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded or credited.
