We ship on the 13th of February, May, August, and November, with automatic payment renewals on the 1st of those months. Each box is thoughtfully prepared and sent to brighten your day, giving you something special to look forward to. At just $39.95 per box, including free shipping, it’s an affordable way to experience premium, hand-selected scents without any extra shopping around.

How It Works
Our wax melt subscription is designed to be easy and flexible, giving you fresh, exclusive scents every three months without any extra hassle.
Billing and Dispatch
- Your subscription renews automatically on the 1st of each shipment month: February, May, August, and November.
- Boxes are shipped out on the 13th of these months.
- If you place your first order within 5 days of a dispatch date (between the 8th and 13th), your subscription will start the following quarter as we are unable to cater for new orders at that late stage. This way, you’re always getting the full experience.
Scent Preview and Swaps:
A few weeks before each box is shipped, we’ll send you an email revealing the snap bar scents in the upcoming box. If there’s a scent you’re not excited about, you can easily swap it out for a different melt from our regular range. This way, you’re always getting scents you’ll love.
Manage Your Subscription Anytime
You’re in control of your subscription. Through your management portal, you can pause, cancel, or renew your subscription whenever you like. If you want to skip a box or take a break, it’s as easy as a click.

1. How are the scents chosen?
Each box features a thoughtful selection of scents, taking the season into account to create a fitting experience. Every delivery includes exclusive, subscriber-only scents not available in our regular collection, along with a couple of our most-loved scents from the regular range. We aim for variety, typically choosing popular fragrance categories like floral, fresh, and fruity.
For the mystery melts, we look at current trends and purchase data to align with scents people are loving. These mystery melts might come as botanical melts with dried flowers, crystal melts, or fun shapes. A few weeks before each shipment, you’ll receive an email preview of the snap bar scents, so you can swap out any that don’t suit your style.
2. What if I don’t like a scent?
We want you to love every scent you receive! Before each box is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the list and descriptions of upcoming snap bar scents. If there’s one you don’t like, simply reply with what you'd like us to swap out with one from our collection that you'd love instead.
3. When and how will I be billed?
You’ll be billed automatically on the 1st of each shipment month - February, May, August, and November. Payment is easy, with no action required on your end.
4. Can I skip a box or pause my subscription?
Yes, you’re in control! Through your subscription portal, you can easily pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.
5. What if I subscribe close to a shipment date?
If you place your first order within 5 days of a dispatch date (between the 8th and 13th), your subscription will begin with the following shipment. This way, you’ll always receive a complete box without missing out.
6. Is shipping really free?
Yes! Shipping is included in the cost of your subscription. There are no additional fees, so you can enjoy fresh scents without worrying about extra costs.
7. What makes this subscription box special?
Each box is crafted to feel like a personal gift - thoughtfully wrapped and filled with high-quality, hand-poured soy wax melts. We design our subscription to be a convenient, affordable way to keep your home smelling fresh and uplifting, with scents you won’t find in our usual collections.
8. How does the swap feature work?
Once you receive your email with the upcoming scents, you can decide if there’s anything you’d like to swap. Simply email us back requesting a change. It’s that easy!
9. Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription anytime via your subscription management portal. There are no hidden fees or commitments - just a flexible, feel-good experience.
Care and Safety
- Never leave a wax warmer/tea lights unattended while in use. Always extinguish the warmer or turn it off before leaving the room.
- Keep wax melts and wax warmers out of reach of children and pets.
- Place the wax warmer on a stable and heat-resistant surface before turning it on. Keep it away from flammable objects to prevent accidents.
- Do not eat wax melts.
- Store your wax melts in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This will preserve their quality, colour and scent.
- Use a candle snuffer or turn off the wax warmer instead of blowing out the flame, as blowing may cause hot wax to splatter.
- Keep the wax warmer away from hanging edges and avoid placing it near water sources.
For a safe wax melting experience:
- Place your wax melts in a wax warmer or burner specifically designed for melting wax. Do not add water to the wax.
- Place your wax melt into the wax warmer's dish or tray, ensuring it doesn't overflow.
- Avoid leaving the wax warmer on for extended periods. It is recommended to use it for a maximum of 3-4 hours at a time.
- You can reuse your wax melt until the scent has faded. Once the scent has dissipated, remove the wax residue and replace it with a new wax melt.
- To remove solidified wax from the warmer, briefly turn on the warmer for less than a minute until the bottom surface of the wax softens. This will make it easier to pull out the wax.
- Allow the wax warmer to cool down before handling or adding more wax melts.
Shipping and Returns
We aim to fulfil orders the same day they are received if ordered before 10:00am AEST. Made-to-order products (such as pillar/sculptural candles that have run out of stock on shelf), will first be made, and once set, dispatched to you. This should take 2-3 business days to be dispatched. Please note that dispatch may be delayed by up to 48-72 hours during peak promotional periods.
The following delivery timeframes are estimates only and are estimated from the date of dispatch. Delivery delays do occur across the delivery network. Caitlin Louise Collection will not be liable for any losses incurred from delivery delays.

We try to provide as much shipping protection for your order as possible, however, if something unfortunately is damaged in transit, or is incorrect, please contact us at hello@caitlinlouisecollection.com.au with information and/or images within 30 days of receipt of goods. If an item is deemed damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will provide an exchange, store credit or refund to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
We accept returns within 30 days of dispatch provided that: the products are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition; you have proof of purchase. We do not exchange items if a promotion/sale is running at a discounted price for the same item.
Please note: Shipping costs for any returns are at the customer’s expense. Please ensure that the return product is suitably packaged for transit to prevent any damage in shipping. Caitlin Louise Collection will not be liable for any damage or loss during the return shipping process. Processing will take 5-7 days from receipt of returned product. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded or credited.
